Service Description

This cooking class will teach you the importance of using the right ingredients to fuel your body with essential nutrients. Join us for a Basic Nutrition and Wellness class where we will learn how to build a healthier pantry and discover the benefits of using good ingredients in our cooking. In our classes, we will focus on educating about the excess fat and carbohydrates we sometimes consume unknowingly and how adapting to a healthier diet can help improve the quality of life and reduce the medicine needed. In addition to our experienced chef of Fit Life Meal Prep, Lilian Arriaza, we will have exceptional hosts every month, and they will join us in the cooking class to share valuable insights into how an excess of certain nutrients affects health. Our focus is to help you discover and recognize the good ingredients in your pantry and to be able to identify. 18+ Registration is on a first come, first served basis and SPACE IS LIMITED! There is only room for a limited number of people per class. Each purchase is for one individual to attend. In an effort to be socially and professionally responsible during this time, participants are encouraged to stay home if they, or any of their family members, are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.
