    Our Salisbury meatballs are full of flavor, they are made with fresh herbs, sautéed onions, and mushrooms, and paired with mixed vegetables and our house high protein fluffy mashed potatoes.

  • WHITE CHICKEN CHILLI

    Made with fresh herbs, white navy beans, made from scratch pair with spinach and Cover in our creamy house white sauce.

  • CHICKEN TINGA

    Classic but not basic shredded chicken perfectly covered in our roasted,  and Smokey, house made salsa. Pair with sautéed onions, baby spinach and cilantro lime rice.

  • COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY

    Aromatic, Creamy, delicious and healthy dish is made of curry spices, and a splash of pure coconut milk, paired with roasted cauliflower and our cilantro lime rice.

  • TACO TURKEY BREAKFAST

    Ground lean turkey season with our home-made taco seasoning pair with roasted potatoes, and an egg muffin..

    Lean, moist steak marinated overnight  and grilled, paired with cilantro lime rice, roasted bell peppers, and our cilantro chipotle sauce.

  • BLACKEN TILAPIA

    Mild tilapia fillet dusted with our bold house rub then baked until crisp and flavorful on the exterior and tender and flaky within. Served with cilantro rice, broccoli and our cilantro chipotle sauce.
