    Shredded Lean beef cooked to perfection with our house-made roasted pepper sauce, served with quinoa rice blend, and topped with mixed vegetables.

    Juicy, tender, and flavorful chicken breast marinated overnight, coated with an almond flour mix, baked, and paired with roasted potatoes and crispy veggies with a drizzle of our sugar-free BBQ sauce.

    Made with shredded moist chicken breast, our house seasoning, paired with black beans made from scratch and steamed rice, has everything you love about enchiladas in a bowl! 

  • BUFFALO CHICKEN MEATBALLS

    This recipe is made with our fresh ground chicken breast, minced celery, our house seasonings to create the perfect moist chicken meatballs paired with our quinoa rice blend and crispy vegetables and topped with buffalo sauce.

    This shrimp  recipe is a unique twist to the original recipe, we use fresh ingredients to marinate and  sauce shrimp to perfection  and served over a bed of spinach, cilantro lime rice, and our fit caesar dressing.

  • LEMON PEPPER TILAPIA

    Flaky tilapia fillet cooked to perfection with fresh herbs served with Lemon rice grilled zucchini, and our unbeatable lemon, garlic, and buttery sauce.

  • BLACKEN TILAPIA

    Mild tilapia fillet dusted with our bold house rub then baked until crisp and flavorful on the exterior and tender and flaky within. Served with cilantro rice, broccoli and our cilantro chipotle sauce.
