Monday to Friday : 7pm-8pm
Saturday: 9am-10am.

Target Audience

The challenge is open to anyone who wants to learn lifestyle habits, improve their activity level, and wnat tohave a great time.
Challenge Goals

The challenge aims to achieve various goals, including weight loss, strength building, and overall fitness improvement.
Rules and Guidelines
-
Participants are encouraged to attend a minimum of Four (4) workouts per week and one outdoor group jog/run.

The diet plan incorporates personal preference.
Tracking and Measurement

Regular weight measurements, body measurements, and progress pictures will track the progress.
Accountability and Support

Participants will have check-ins and motivate each other through a group text.
Support and Resources

Participants will have access to fitness and nutrition coaching from Danya Bernal. In addition, Lilian will provide nutrition advice based on experience.
Equipment and Resources

Participants should bring mats, gloves, and water.
Registration

Participants can register through the website on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Medical and Health Considerations

Participants must consult with their doctor before starting any diet or physical activity.
Post-Challenge Plans

We will introduce a new challenge to help participants maintain their progress.
Measurement and Evaluation of Success

The effort will be the basis for measuring success based on action, inches lost, and consistency.

The 6-Week Summer Body Challenge will occur at Fit Life Meal Cafe, 339 E 2250 S, Suite 102, Ogden, Utah 84401

The challenge classes will be held from Monday to Saturday at 5:30 pm. This convenient location provides a dedicated space for participants to unite, work towards their fitness goals, and enjoy the supportive community atmosphere.
